  • Position Title
  • Location (City, State, Country)
  • Apply By Date (or note "Open till Filled")
  • Web URL where the Position is Posted (or if not posted on organization's own website then send the full listing in a word document to attach)

Announcements sent during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00pm PST) should be posted within 24 hours of submission and a confirmation email will be sent when posting is live.
